About This Role

Align Technology is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Supervisor to oversee the activities of an internal call center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring quality service and operational performance within the parameters of program and delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze operational processes and establish escalation procedures
  • Oversee training needs assessments to identify opportunities for service delivery improvements
  • Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operation of the function
  • Manage projects and help coach other supervisors

Requirements

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and at least 3 years of directly related experience. Proficiency in English, leadership skills, ability to influence and motivate others, and financial acumen are also essential. Additionally, you should have strategic mindset, resourcefulness, and project management skills.
