Digital Assets Management Specialist

3M is seeking a highly skilled Digital Assets Management Analyst to join our Digital Marketing Team. This role will be based in Belen, Heredia, Costa Rica, as part of our Global Service Center.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will work closely with our businesses to ensure that product SKUs contain relevant digital assets, such as brochures, technical data sheets, and images. They will optimize the organization, cataloging, and storage of digital assets to provide an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and manage digital assets and product images to ensure they meet corporate standards.
- Collaborate with the Digital Asset Management Librarian and the Digital Imaging & Photo Studio Coordinator to ensure a smooth and accurate process flow.
- Work with the Product Content Digitization & Process Leader to prioritize project-based workload, derive timelines, and report on progress to targets.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, marketing and sales teams, e-commerce teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders to raise awareness and understanding of digital asset and imaging processes.
- Prioritize digital asset and imaging requests according to business and customer needs.
- Validate assets and images to ensure they meet predetermined guidelines.
- Gather complete and accurate metadata for digital assets and images to be loaded to our systems of record.
- Recommend image leveraging opportunities to business stakeholders.
- Load and link digital assets and images into the corporate system of record.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to internal systems of record (SAP, Hybris, Celum, Salsify, Adobe, etc).
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to ensure multiple tasks are completed by designated deadlines.
- Self-motivated, and able to work effectively as an individual, in cross-functional groups, and with internal and external customers.
- Demonstrated attention to detail to prevent errors in work.
- Flexible attitude and ability to work within a rapidly growing and changing e-commerce organization.

- Analytical skills.
- Experienced in Microsoft Excel (formulas, formatting, etc).
- Advance English Level B2+
- 2+ Years of experience in Marketing managing assets and experience using (SAP, Hybris, Celum, Hamer, Adobe, etc)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration.
- Communication skills in Portuguese.
- Adobe experience is desired.
- AI tools knowledge.
- Project Management knowledge.
