The Total Rewards team is responsible for providing exceptional support to our employees. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Total Rewards team, including expense reports, travel arrangements, and scheduling meetings.
- Coordinate team meetings, take notes, and post minutes.
- Assist in creating presentations for team updates.
- Process invoices to ensure timely payment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- At least one to two years of office experience, preferably in an HR department.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with internal clients and external vendors.
