We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Ally Home Care. As a key member of our global team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional administrative support to our offices in the US.
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with intermediate to advanced English language proficiency. You will be responsible for coordinating and liaising between different teams and leaders in Latin America and the US, managing multiple projects, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Job Description:
You will work closely with our team to manage multiple projects, ensure timely completion of tasks, and provide exceptional administrative support to our offices in the US. This includes coordinating and liaising between different teams and leaders in Latin America and the US, creating documents in Google Drive, and collaborating with team members.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to our offices in the US via Gmail, Slack, and Google Meets.
- Coordinate and liaison between different teams and leaders in Latin America and the US.
- Manage various projects, monitoring multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Create documents in Google Drive and collaborate with team members.
- Perform data entry, audit files, and update documents as needed.
- Develop social media marketing content and maintain the company website.
Requirements:
- Experience as an administrative assistant or working with a US company is preferred but not required.
- Must possess intermediate to advanced level of written English (verbal English conversational or higher).
- Must be available to work in San Jose, Costa Rica during Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm EST, with flexibility to work from home and collaborate in-person with team members as needed.
