As a Banking Payments Investigator at Convera, you will play a critical role in ensuring effective identification and resolution of customer and banking enquiries. Your duties will include:
- Identifying payment related issues and providing quality customer service
- Tracking and reporting on daily investigations and updating Salesforce queue
- Acknowledging all inquiries on the same day of receipt
- Actively identifying and escalating recurring client inquiries
- Providing support to Treasury and Settlement Accounting team members
- Managing and responding to a large volume of payment investigations
You will be an ideal candidate for this role if you have at least 1 year of experience within the financial services industry and possess strong computer skills, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
