Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Contract Manager to join our Client Success Management team. This is a remote, Costa Rica based opportunity. As a Renewal Sales Manager, you will be responsible for owning and executing a large portfolio of Ttec Digital renewal contracts.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Sales and Customer Success teams to secure every renewal. Your responsibilities will include minimizing financial attrition, locking in favorable terms, identifying growth opportunities, and sharing your findings and insights back to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own, drive, and manage the client-facing renewal process.
  • Lead the customer-facing renewal sales cycle from 4+ months out from renewal expiration date.
  • Develop successful relationships with customers and partners.
  • Execute win/win negotiation strategies for Tier 1 account contract renewals.
  • Partner with Leadership, Sales, and Customer Success teams to develop a clear renewal strategy for each customer.
  • Accurately maintain a rolling 120-day forecast of renewals in your portfolio.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have 5+ years of experience in sales, customer success, or renewals, with a focus on negotiating contracts in the B2B SaaS industry. You should also possess strong negotiation and objection handling skills, as well as strong process management and financial acumen.
