**Your Role and Responsibilities**

The main purpose of this role is to assist the account to be in compliance with the terms and conditions of the corresponding contract, managing contract performance measurements and performance against established plan to optimize profit contribution.
Being aligned with PgMS Program and support the Resource Unit Billing processes in accordance with the client's contract, monitoring the account health and guiding through the process.
- Provides support for Business, Finance, Contract & Delivery requests from the Project Executive.
Provide assistance to facilitate the creation / incorporation of any new account and to ensure same compliance among all procedures, it may also include billing assistance to specific customers.
- In charge of managing both internal and external stakeholders, managing risks, issues, deliverables and different processes to meet the contract´s business objectives and supporting account Project Executives and Delivery Project Executives.
- Provide support to Delivery and Finance Team following up on pending actions, focus areas, and existing issues and risk of the account.
- Lead meetings to guide RU Owners to complete documentation required in QMX, regarding the procedure they followed each month to obtain RU counts.
Follow up documentation in progress to ensure it compliance with the contract requirements and to assure that all procedure have a control points to assure billing accuracy.
- Create, maintain and review accounts repository to keep all billing evidence.
Maintain communication with RU owners to assure billing timeliness.
- Participates in efforts to develop and execute an account coverage plan and responsible for achieving account's financial targets including client satisfaction.
- Contributes towards on time delivery of contract deliverables, revenue, profitability and growth target objectives, as well as client satisfaction.
- Manages or assists to manage all Kyndryl contract deliverables and ensures adherence to the contract terms and conditions.
