Job Description:
">We are seeking a highly skilled Mid Accountant to join our team of industry-leading experts. The successful candidate will have a strong background in general ledger accounting, accounts payable management, vendor reconciliations, electronic invoices review, and basic accounting knowledge in Free Trade Zones. In this role, you will be responsible for administering the accounting of our Costa Rica Facility, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing recommendations for process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Administer the accounting of our Costa Rica Facility, including general ledger accounting, accounts payable management, and vendor reconciliations.
- Review and manage electronic invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with Free Trade Zone requirements.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of financial processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and documentation as required.
Requirements:
">To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a self-managed work team environment.
- Fluency in written and verbal English and Spanish, with a strong command of financial terminology.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
