Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various functions.
- Manage the recruitment process, including initial outreach, candidate evaluation, and finalizing job offers.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide expert advice.
- Establish and maintain relationships with employment sources, such as colleges/universities and employment agencies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an in-house recruiting team or with agency experience.
- Strong understanding of recruitment principles, practices, and trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
- High proficiency in English language, both written and spoken.
- Portuguese language capabilities are a plus.
