The ideal candidate will have experience in managing specific job processes/projects, leading cross-functional support teams, and ensuring on-site resources provide adequate staffing coverage and support for business integration events.
We are looking for someone who can facilitate the execution and support of business integration (deployment, foldout, or transfer) activities for all functional areas across the BT department, review and advise on master deployment plans (MDPs), and build relationships with site leadership, Sysco business partners, and BT functional leads.
The successful candidate will lead debriefs for the onsite team, maintain communication transparency with leaders, assist team members in escalating defects, issues, and incidents, coordinate issue resolution, and keep leadership informed of status/situations.
This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter who is motivated by the desire to make an impact, has a high energy level, strong personal work ethic, flexibility, and willingness to take on various types of work as directed by leadership.
The candidate should possess a Master's degree or MBA, experience in a business process design role, working knowledge or experience of Sysco business processes, and advanced skills in Microsoft Word, MS Project, and advanced Excel data manipulation and formatting.
We are looking for someone with strong professionalism and interpersonal skills, ability to quickly build a trusted relationship with leadership, resources, and support teams, and ability to present ideas in user-friendly language to non-technical associates and end-users.
