Fist Bump is a leading provider of short-term vacation rentals, medium-term corporate housing, and traditional long-term leases in Austin, TX. Our team is dedicated to providing top-notch service to our guests, and we're seeking someone who shares our commitment to excellence.
In this role, you'll be responsible for making our guests happy and helping keep our business running smoothly. You'll spend half your time on customer success and half on general business support. This might include scheduling our cleaning and maintenance crews, marketing our properties online, completing research projects as needed, and generally supporting business operations.
Your responsibilities will also include:
- Responding to guest inquiries in a timely manner
- Handling reservation modifications and rate negotiations
- Resolving guest issues in coordination with our cleaning and maintenance crews
- Managing our cleaning and maintenance schedules
We're looking for someone who is comfortable working independently and can figure things out on their own, but also values collaboration and teamwork. If you're a motivated and independent individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you
Our ideal candidate has a B2 or better English level in reading, writing, and speaking, as well as a stable internet connection and a quiet work environment suitable for VoIP conversations. A smart phone running Android or iOS is preferred but not required. Experience in customer service or hospitality is also a plus, but not necessary.
