**Job Summary**
We are seeking a Senior IT Project Lead to join our team in Technology Operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in setting up campaigns on Salesforce marketing cloud to enable omni-channel experience, set up of data extension, export/import of data from Marketing cloud or Sales force Marketing cloud certification.
You will lead engineering and configuration teams, partner with key stakeholders, both off-shore and on-shore, and deliver on the service level agreements. This includes monitoring on-going risks and providing resolutions, driving process improvements, resource planning & optimization and performance management.
You will manage & lead the team of project management professionals, providing leadership, coordination, and management of PMO processes and functions, working with Architects, stakeholders to define platform Roadmap, prioritize them and execute them successfully.
Key skills and qualifications include:
- Hands-on experience in setting up campaigns on Salesforce marketing cloud to enable omni-channel experience
- Set up of data extension, export/import of data from Marketing cloud or Sales force Marketing cloud certification
- Knowledge of integration with Snowflake, AWS, mParticle, Braze, Branch IO
- 8-10 years' experience in Project, Portfolio or Process Management discipline with focus on leading teams to deliver technology-focused projects, experience in a financial services/payments /Banking verticals
- Experience managing remote and geographically distributed teams
- Advanced knowledge of an Enterprise PPM Tool (e.g. JIRA, JIRA Align, BOX etc)
