En este momento nos encontramos buscando el puesto **Project Manager Salesforce Implementation (6 meses) **para apoyar el proceso en Latinoamérica (LAO).
**Funciones**

Evaluate
- Deep understanding of tools and modules technological capabilities.
- Identify commercial team process and structures.
- Match requirements between tools capabilities and process requirements.
- Identify and communicate gaps to meet commercial team requirements to support an efficient execution.
Plan
- Develop and propose Dashboard or Project Reports to track progress.
- Establish due dates for organizations for an on-time delivery of activities and resources.
- Communicate progress to a multi-level audience.
- Support Change Management plan.
- Roll-Out and Go-Live plan for different countries, regions and/or channels.
Execute
- System set-up and data integration.
- Training and acceptance testing of key-users.
- Hypercare and Go-Live within countries, regions and/or channels.
- Identify data requirements for tools functionality and process support.
- Evaluate risks and implement actions to reduce project impacts.
**Requisitos**
- Minimum 3 years of Trade Marketing and/or Commercial experience in FMCG companies.
- Desired experience leading projects, multi-market projects would be a plus.
- Basic technological projects implementation knowledge (AGILE methodology)
- Academic background in Project Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineer or similar
- Intermediate English desirable
