**Job Overview**
The Cost and Revenue Specialist role is a vital part of our Finance & Accounting team at Solaz, A Luxury Collection Resort in Los Cabos.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data. Your tasks will include reviewing figures, postings, and documents for mathematical accuracy and proper codes.
You will also organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash, and cash equivalents in accordance with policies and procedures. Additionally, you will record, store, access, and analyze computerized financial information to provide valuable insights for our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and keep accurate financial records.
- Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements according to company procedures.
- Complete period-end closing procedures and reports as specified.
- Maintain accurate electronic spreadsheets for financial and accounting data.
