**What you will do**
- Review customer contracts, Identify billing and revenue terms in accordance with ASC 606
- Assist in monthly revenue and commissions accounting close activities including journal
entry preparation and key account reconciliations
- Ensure the company is compliant with revenue recognition principles under ASC 606
- Review standard and non-standard contracts to determine the appropriate revenue
recognition under U.S. GAAP
- Identify and implement process improvements.
**What you will bring with you**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA a plus
- 3+ years of accounting experience; public accounting a plus
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- Experience with ASC 606
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Netsuite, Salesforce, Celigo, Dropbox experience a plus
- Experience ASC 340 (Commissions Capitalization) a plus
