We are seeking a seasoned Device and Deployment Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to customers, ensuring their issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Technical Support: Provides technical support and assistance to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Develops and shares technical knowledge with colleagues to improve overall team capabilities.
  • Process Improvement: Identifies areas for process improvement and contributes to efforts to streamline processes and share best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of technical support experience in Devices and Deployment
  • Deep knowledge of Windows System Administration, Configuration, and related technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
