**Job Description**

This technical support engineering lead role requires a highly skilled professional with expertise in storage hardware and software. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer needs, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Provide expert-level technical support to customers via various channels, including Live Chat, Call Back, and Call Home models.
  • Develop and implement new technical support tools, procedures, and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with development support, other technical support teams, and business units to ensure seamless problem resolution.
  • Participate in on-call coverage and flexible scheduling to ensure 24x7 support operations.

**Requirements**:

  • Relevant university degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer support, with a focus on storage and networking technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
