**Responsibilities:**
- Manage CITI accounts and provide support to internal clients.
- Maintain Sysaid management and ticket assignment systems.
- Process payroll reports, including refunds and deductions for employees.
- Coordinate tasks and resolve cases related to CITI, CWT, and Concur.
- Provide training and maintain communication with internal clients as needed.
- Assist in creating documentation and training materials when required.
- Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.
**Requirements:**
- Strong analytical, diagnostic, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to present information clearly and concisely.
- Experience in Accounts Payable with advanced knowledge of SAP.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and changing circumstances.
- Sense of urgency and proactivity.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Intermediate Excel knowledge.
- English proficiency - 90%.
