Your Qualifications
- A degree in Computer Science, Design, Engineering or similar
- 3+ years of coding experience with HTML, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, CSS3
- 2+ years of design experience using the Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with B2B marketing platforms such as Marketo and Adobe Target
- Demonstrated ability to use media queries to optimize webpages for desktop, smartphone, and tablet viewing
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment from commencement to completion
- Demonstrated ability to keep abreast of industry trends and technologies and contribute frequent suggestions
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate problems and difficult situations and be able to troubleshoot and develop strategies to bring the parties involved to a mutually agreed-upon solution
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to interact with the team and communicate with a wide array of divergent personalities, solving problems in an efficient, positive, and professional manner
- A strong desire to growth hack - develop, test, and measure
