We are looking for a Sponsorship Housing Manager to join our dynamic team within our Life Sciences Division. In this role, you will be responsible for managing sponsorship payments, deadlines and meeting financial guidelines at congresses.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Pulling documents to process congress invoices on behalf of the client in accordance with company guidelines
  • Making sure all payments are made in a timely manner by meeting specific deadlines curated by each congress
  • Keeping documentation in place for compliance with ToV policies and reporting
  • Reconciling each congress payment with internal finance team
  • Researching and resolving payment discrepancies
  • Partnering with internal planning team members and external suppliers, client managers, and Professional Congress Organizers (PCO) to ensure timely service delivery

You'll provide support to the Operations Manager with initiatives that drive service optimization and process efficiencies to our team.

We're looking for someone who is:

  • detail-oriented and has strong customer service skills
  • excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • persistent and patient, with a desire to get the job done
  • able to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing situations

Experience working in the Life Sciences industry is preferred, as well as knowledge of US, EMEA, and APJ cities. Proficiency in Cvent, Excel, and other Microsoft Office Software is also beneficial.
