About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Communications Specialist to join our Customer Experience Operations team at TransUnion.

This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys creating engaging content and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
  • Create and manage content for our sales enablement platform, ensuring it meets organizational goals and best practices.
  • Coach and support content contributors, promoting adherence to guidelines and consistency across the platform.
  • Develop and execute communication plans for key events and initiatives, showcasing accomplishments and updates within and outside the team.
  • Lead the development of internal communications highlighting achievements, changes, and roadmaps.
  • Continuously improve processes and activity execution to align with enterprise objectives and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree and minimum 5 years relevant experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including writing, editing, and presenting complex content effectively.
  • Adept in building relationships and managing stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive simultaneous deliverables to completion.
  • Technical proficiency with Seismic or comparable sales enablement/content management tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor other associates.
