In this integrated Communications Manager role, you will craft, manage and deliver communications strategies and programs for Western Union’s Agent and Partner Operations to further the company’s objectives while reinforcing our standards of service. Your remit will span across all countries globally where Western Union is present.

**Role and Responsibilities**
- You’ll be responsible for Agent and Partner Operations strategic communications planning and content development that drives business priorities and can be distributed through various internal communications channels across functions and regions.
- You will be developing internal and external content and communications strategies to support the implementation of the company’s strategic initiatives, operational changes, crisis management, etc. while managing end-to-end execution, including evaluation and measurement.
- Developing a strategy for creative storytelling across internal channels.
- Establishing and managing strategic, enterprise-level, and cross-functional communications plans.
- Build an editorial board and process to coordinate and deliver key content through a quarterly communications calendar - aligning with a master calendar of Agent and Partner activity, in addition to internal engagements.
- Establish a regular schedule and cadence for newsletters, operations updates, employee communications, Agent Communications, etc.
- Help coordinate logistics and materials for All Hands Meetings and Townhall Meetings for the leadership team.
- Act as a steward of all employee comms to ensure consistency and prioritization as necessary.
- Explore new and innovative platforms that allow easier access to newsletters and to increase readability.
- Identify opportunities to improve communications for the organization.

**Role Requirements**
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, public relations, market research and/or corporate communications.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in management/leadership role.
- Proven record of communication skills to develop strong, clear, and appealing messages.
- Experience working with senior executives.
- Excellent English language skills (both written and verbal).
- Skill to turn information and data into meaningful messages.
