Job Summary
We seek an experienced Transformational Change Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating IT Change Management process activities, ensuring compliance with documented processes and standard operating procedures.
Main Responsibilities
- IT Change Management
- Coordinate IT Change Management process activities to ensure compliance with documented processes and standard operating procedures.
- IDentify specific training needs within the organization and coach users in the correct use of process and related ITSM tool.
- Perform duties of the acting Change Manager on a rotational basis, including vetting all changes and orchestrating Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
- Receive, filter, categorize, and allocate initial priority to all Request for Change (RFC) and return incomplete or incorrect RFC to the initiator.
- Coordinate with necessary individuals on the implementation of changes as per the Forward Schedule of Changes (FSC).
Closure Process
Monitor all RFCs, ensuring an adequate review of changes takes place as part of the closure process.
