Job Summary:

Emerson is seeking an experienced Customer Solutions Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for Ovation products and associated systems, working closely with internal and external customers to diagnose and resolve product-related issues.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical troubleshooting skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for Ovation software and hardware products, including peripherals and third-party package offerings.
  • Diagnose and resolve product-related issues for customers and internal engineers.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all support activities using the SMS database and other tools.
  • Participate in rotational assignments to build skills and support our installed base of customers.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of new internal/external solutions to enhance the value of the Global Service Center.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • Advanced level of English (B2) (additional languages are advantageous).
  • Experience with Ovation products and associated systems is a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in a formal environment.

Working Conditions:

  • Up to 35% travel required.
  • Availability to work different shifts, as required, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
