**Responsibilities and Expectations**

The Order Management and Support Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring timely order entry, accurate pricing, and providing exceptional support to customers.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage the entire order-to-cash process, from sourcing and transportation to delivery and resolution of customer complaints.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of customer relationships, including product knowledge and order status inquiries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely order entry.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve complaints efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • English proficiency and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
