As a Customer Service Ambassador with People Working Corp, you will be responsible for providing professional business support and service to our clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure high levels of satisfaction and productivity. You will be working in a hybrid environment after the first 90 days.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, cases, and chat.
- Communicate effectively with department management, co-workers, and customers.
- Process inbound and outbound contacts efficiently.
- Document calls accurately in the applicable system.
- Meet performance, quality, and operational metric standards.
- Demonstrate kind, compassionate, considerate, approachable, friendly, and open-minded behavior.
- Support contact center vision and strategy.
- Suggest ideas for positive changes in department policies and procedures.
**Requirements:**
- Bilingual English-Spanish language proficiency (80% or higher).
- 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Contact Center agent.
- High school diploma required.
- A genuine interest in helping customers.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Availability from Monday to Friday with flexible schedules.
**Compensation and Benefits:** We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. Estimated annual salary: **$45,000**
