Job Description:- Engage with business teams to drive positive engagement with employees across the site; lead your local team through changes using strong communication, effective change management, and consistent drive to expected outcomes
- Collaborate with leaders across the business working towards the success of our people, including retention and development strategies; include regular 1-1s with local leaders and skip level leaders with a goal of having effective working relationships beyond typical people/HR topics
- Bilateral collaboration with operations, recruitment, training, legal, finance, and IT teams to build high-performing teams across the local organization
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience working within an HR department as either an HR Generalist or HRBP, particularly with HRIS and payroll-related systems and in the administration of Human Resources programs
- Professional fluency in English is essential, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of applicable labor law and practices along with a strong understanding of MS Office tools
