About the Role

The Account Receivable Expert will be responsible for managing and resolving complex customer account receivable issues. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure timely payment and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Review and analyze initial Accounts Receivable and Order Entry exceptions and discrepancies to ensure accurate billing and prompt payment
  2. Perform extended resolution activities on more extensive exceptions and discrepancies, including engaging parties such as Finance Department, Order Fulfillment, Contracts Area, and field staff to collect necessary transaction details required to advance the resolution process
  3. Manage order and invoicing exception reports to oversee timely and accurate invoicing
  4. Facilitate high-volume, extensive professional-level verbal and written communications to a broad spectrum of internal and external contacts during all resolution activities
  5. Research and resolve complex customer billing and contract disputes, especially related to CAP contracts and non-standard billing arrangements to facilitate prompt payment

Requirements:

  • Advanced English skills, oral and written
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • 2+ years of experience handling complex order and billing discrepancies
  • Knowledge of basic accounting skills and ability to analyze and resolve complex A/R discrepancies
  • Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.
