**Job Summary**
Micro Focus seeks a highly skilled Software Licensing Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support organization, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless license fulfillment experiences for our customers.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, resolving issues related to license key delivery and software usage.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Main point of contact for customers and internals for resolving issues related to delivery of license keys and software
- Responsible for providing correct license keys in a timely manner with minimal repeated communication
- Educate customers and facilitate the process of license key delivery and access requests to the fulfillment system
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Basic knowledge in the field of Customer Relations
- Demonstrated verbal communication, confident telephone manner, and customer service skills
- Mastery in English
- Knowledge of microcomputer hardware and basic-level knowledge of operating systems software
- Customer-oriented ability
- Quality and details oriented
- Good analytical skills
- Ability to work independently
- An excellent team player
