The Software Licensing Customer Support Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the success of our customers by providing exceptional support and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Main point of contact for customers and internals (e.g. sales reps, account managers or partners, etc.) for resolving issues related to delivery of license keys and software
- Responsible to provide the correct license keys in a timely manner with minimal repeated communication
- Educate customers and facilitate the process of license key delivery and access requests to fulfilment system
