About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Analyst to join our team at Baxter. As an Inventory Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform complex inventory analysis and provide timely insights to stakeholders.
  • Account for inventory technical accounting areas, including on-hand, in-transit, work-in-progress, finished goods, and more.
  • Prepare and/or manual journals as needed, with adequate supporting documentation and certification.
  • Perform and/or approve inventory account reconciliations in Blackline, following established deadlines and resolving open items.
  • Provide audit support as needed and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Support regional and global reporting requirements, including monthly balance sheet flux analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting.
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in inventory accounting with a manufacturing entity.
  • Proven experience in a multinational environment and/or shared services.
  • Strong technical, research, and analytical skills, with close attention to detail and quality control.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve results in an efficient and timely manner, with strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English (B2+).
