Position Purpose
You will be part of the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, acting as a vital link to the business units. This role involves collaboration with finance and business partners across the Latin Americas and Global FP&A.

Your Team
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, executing monthly accounting tasks, and preparing reconciliations for inventory and manufacturing, including necessary follow-ups.
This role requires providing accounting services primarily related to inventory processes. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, initiative in problem-solving, and excellent communication, motivation, and customer service abilities. Attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and adherence to procedures are essential to achieve the department's objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Reconcile inventory and manufacturing accounts, including Finished Goods, Raw Materials, Work in Progress, Goods Received Not Invoiced, and Maintenance, Repair, and Operations Consignment. Communicate and follow up on reconciliation discrepancies for resolution. Calculate and analyze inventory revaluation and Lower of Cost or Market processes. Discuss and clarify topics with Corporate, Finance, and Non-Finance teams. Participate in balance sheet review meetings to explain variances in inventory accounts. Execute month-end closing activities and entries. Review and approve account reconciliations and manual entries. Provide customer service and fulfill ad-hoc requests. Coordinate standardization initiatives and continuous improvement efforts. Support the standardization of reconciliation processes and Baxter's internal control standards.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in similar roles. Proficiency in English at a B2 level. Strong knowledge and experience in accounting. Advanced skills in Excel. Familiarity with systems such as JDE 8.12, GME, and Maximo.Are you prepared to advance your career?
