Oversee the delivery of HR solutions to employees and People Leaders at Edwards Lifesciences, driving workforce administration excellence with an employee-centric mindset.

**Job Summary:**

Perform a range of complex HR tasks under general supervision, ensuring seamless service operations. Act as the primary point of contact for all HR inquiries, responding promptly to demands and issues that arise, identifying effective solutions, and providing timely HR-related information to employees and People Leaders. Execute daily operational activities and tasks leveraging process documentation and procedures to resolve inquiries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer HR tasks and activities, recognizing emerging issues/trends in interactions and providing insights to support continuous improvements.
  • Engage in enhancing HR Knowledge Base and Case Management content to improve the customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Foster strong relationships with employees and management levels, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require a High School Diploma or equivalent with 2 years of experience in Human Resources Administration or shared services environment. A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Additional requirements include:

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience managing HR system data and working with Excel (Intermediate).
  • Excellent knowledge of enabling technologies (e.g., case management, employee and manager self-service) and how they work within a customer service business environment.
  • A good understanding of Edwards Lifesciences' policies and procedures.
  • The ability to operate effectively in a customer service environment with a customer focus and employee experience mindset.

Compensation and Benefits:

This role offers an estimated salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on location and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as retirement savings plans and paid time off.
