What you will do

As a Process Lead, you will play a crucial role within the Global Delivery Team. Your responsibilities will encompass, but are not limited to:

  • Implementing standardized processes and strategies.
  • Demonstrating the ability to leverage business expertise to foster innovative thinking that significantly influences clients' long-term strategic positioning.
  • Overseeing and enhancing functional processes and activities while ensuring compliance with corporate standards.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure decisions reflect the organization’s comprehensive scope and achieve optimal daily operations.
  • Monitoring process performance, metrics, and indicators to ensure that expectations are met.
  • Undertaking additional special projects as assigned.

What you should bring

Key required skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of procurement management processes and best practices, including SLA monitoring and reporting.
  • Expertise in purchase-to-pay processes.
  • Proven experience in executing procurement projects.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience in client management.
  • Leadership experience in team management.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Project management skills (preferred).
  • Proficiency in ERP/P2P systems.
  • Competence in MS Office Suite.

Education:

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree (or in progress) in Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or a combination of high school education and relevant experience.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 4 years of procurement experience managing the procure-to-pay process.

Languages:

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is required; proficiency in Portuguese is an advantage.
