**Job Description Summary**
As a Global Network Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, building and maintaining a reliable and high-performance network that meets the needs of our customers worldwide.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and implement network architecture to meet customer needs and specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain network documentation and procedures
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly and effectively
- Develop and implement network security policies and procedures
- Work closely with vendors to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Participate in on-call rotation to ensure support coverage for the global enterprise network
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in network design, implementation and maintenance
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, technologies and architectures
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
