We are seeking an experienced Travel Industry Data Solutions Specialist to join our team as a Global Travel Operations Data Analyst. This role will involve working closely with internal and external customers to provide support and guidance on our client reporting tools.
As a key member of our data analysis team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting data and tool issues, providing training to our internal and external clients, and maintaining accurate and timely reporting. You will also have the opportunity to work on a wide range of different tasks on a daily basis, from data investigations to system maintenance.
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will also have experience in customer service or travel industry, and be proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel. Additionally, knowledge of SQL and relational databases is a plus.
About the Job DescriptionThe job description for this position includes:
- Data Investigations: Conduct thorough investigations into data discrepancies and errors to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Troubleshooting: Provide technical support to resolve issues with our client reporting tools, including data and tool problems.
- Training: Deliver training sessions to internal and external clients on our client reporting tools and best practices.
- Maintenance: Maintain accurate and timely reporting, including data processing files and third-party extract requests.
