Solve complex problems and drive innovation as a Quality Assurance Automation Specialist at Experian Health
This challenging role involves creating and executing test plans and test cases for various software applications, designing and executing QA tests using scripts that automatically test functionality, identifying opportunities for automation within software processes, and building & improving our automated testing system in collaboration with technology, DevOps and product teams.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and developers to ensure test plans adequately cover all business and functional software requirements
- Develop comprehensive automated test suites providing maximum test coverage in the most efficient manner
- Continuously review and improve test methodologies, tools and measurement of QA processes
- Identify, validate, track and communicate defects and risks to the development team(s)
To succeed in this role, you will need 5-7 years of QA Engineering experience, a strong background in test automation development, and experience working in an Agile environment. You should be familiar with cross-browser testing, web service automation testing, and Atlassian products such as JIRA, Confluence and Bamboo. Strong knowledge and hands on test experience of RESTful APIs, performance testing experience, and familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Bamboo are highly valued.
A great team player with excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and detail-oriented approach will thrive in this role. Innovative thinking, a passion for QA and process improvement, and a proven track record in QA automation are highly desired.
