This role involves working closely with project managers, designers and developers to ensure quality standards and client satisfaction are delivered throughout the account.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and be able to analyze and understand requirements and design specifications to ensure quality process. Key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing and understanding requirements and design specifications to ensure quality process
- Attending, leading and/or organizing meetings on behalf of the team
- Promoting and evaluating QA values and principles for the QA team and the company as a whole
The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in software engineering or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance. Strong working experience creating test cases, knowledge of Agile Methodologies and experience working with local and offshore teams are also required.
