The Global Mobility Specialist plays a critical role in facilitating the relocation of employees worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate global assignment programs and policies to meet business objectives.
- Develop and prepare relocation packages for new and existing employees.
- Draft offer letters and other required assignment-related documentation.
- Partner with vendors to facilitate relocation services.
- Audit vendor invoices and coordinate payments.
- Support the development and improvement of the Global Mobility function.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of customer service experience; Human Resources experience preferred.
- Experience with immigration programs and administration, specifically Visa/Work Permit filings.
- Knowledge of international assignment taxation matters.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently independently and as part of cross-functional teams.
