Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Governance and Management Expert to join our team at JLL.

This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining data governance and management functions across a cross-regional account, in close collaboration with global structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain Client Account level Data Governance policies, processes, and standards in alignment with the broader Data Governance team's guidance.
  • Establish and develop a comprehensive Client Account data governance and management framework across service lines to ensure consistency and integrity of data.
  • Conduct data profiling and define compliance, usage, and quality metrics to ensure high-quality data.
  • Maintain key repositories involving gatekeeping of standards and promoting procedures for Master Data Management.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external, to solve ongoing data issues and promote knowledge democratization through a mature Data Stewardship program.
  • Create and maintain Data Dictionaries to ensure clear understanding of data assets.
  • Facilitate meetings with data consumers, producers, and other stakeholders to ensure data governance rules and standards are applied to data-related changes or projects.
  • Promote business value by partnering with IT, BI, and service lines counterparts to understand the business context for data management activities.
Requirements
  • Strong experience in Client Relationship Management.
  • Experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Familiarity with SQL and database management processes.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, along with effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of data lifecycle and maintenance processes.
  • Good understanding of data quality management processes and concepts.
  • Knowledge of data governance and its impact on business processes.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications. Additionally, JLL offers a range of benefits, including comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
