OPI Trainer Job Description
The OPI Trainer will play a key role in facilitating the delivery of training classes and programs for over-the-phone interpreters and customer service agents. This involves delivering instructor-led training (ILT) in-person and virtually, developing training schedules and corresponding lesson plans, and coaching trainees to meet performance standards.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the delivery of training classes and programs for over-the-phone interpreters and customer service agents.
- Participate in the design and development of training content and corresponding course materials.
- Partner with stakeholders to develop lesson plans and utilize innovative instructional methods.
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy skills, proficiency in MS Office products: Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Previous team lead or supervisory experience a plus.
