We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Enterprise Project Management team in the Americas region. This role involves driving project delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering collaboration across teams.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a remote team of project managers in the Americas region
  • Contribute to sales success by supporting new business opportunities
  • Promote industry-recognized project management standards
  • Evaluate and implement best-in-class project management tools and processes
  • Establish KPIs for project status reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-team leads to address common challenges
  • Drive execution excellence through continuous feedback and improvement

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience managing diverse, remote project teams
  • Strong commercial skills, including RFP process experience and contract creation
  • Adept at making things happen while managing risks successfully
  • Ability to travel 6-8 weeks per year, up to two weeks at a time, sometimes internationally
  • Flexibility to work non-standard hours when required

**Additional Skills:*

If you have any of the following skills, it's a plus:

  • PMP, Agile, or PRINCE2 practitioner certification
  • Experience with Linux/UNIX technology components (Support, Development, Implementation)
  • Familiarity with IT data center architectures, server architectures, cloud technology, OpenStack
  • Familiarity with FIPS or Common Criteria Certifications
