Job Description

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a highly skilled Program Controller to support the Pegasus Program, a multi-year effort to expand our CSS (Cardiovascular & Specialty Solutions) capacity through products transfer to external manufacturers and building a new J&J facility in Costa Rica.

Responsibilities
  • Implement project planning, scheduling, management, and controlling processes.
  • Provide challenge to project leaders on content and approach of project plans.
  • Review and approve all project plans to ensure adherence to agreed formats and approach.
  • Work with workstream and program leaders to identify, resolve, and report on issues, risks, and changes.
  • Review, monitor, and report on progress and trends of projects against agreed metrics.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 6 years of MedTech and SC experience, with product transfer experience being a plus.
  • Ability to work with remote and multiple teams, communicate effectively, summarize, and prioritize activities.
  • Project management skills, including timeline and milestone tracking, risk and issues management, stakeholder communication, KPI development, and tracking.
  • MS Project proficiency.
  • Fluent English and Spanish language skills.
Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000, depending on location and qualifications.
