**What we're looking for**:
We're looking for an outstanding Principal Consultant. Are you a problem solver, proficient in Consulting methodologies and have great technical knowledge? Then we may have the job for you

**Position Overview**:
**Primary Responsibilities**
- Plans and leads all aspects of basic and intermediate projects.
- Proactively detects technical deficiencies and develops practical, workable solutions to problems.
- Establishes themselves as a technical guide with broad industry knowledge.
- Takes full responsibility for overall execution and delivery of critical tasks or projects
- Helps team members, customers and partners understand the connection between industry events/ trends and what is going on at Citrix.
- Conveys the Citrix vision in very real and relevant terms that others can identify with, helping others see how things will improve as the “future state” draws near.
- Stays focused on department and Citrix strategic priorities and allocates their time and resources accordingly
- Works with others to consistently break down barriers between departments and actively mentoring more junior team members.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Bachelor of Science from an accredited university, 1-3 years of experience as a Senior Consultant or equivalent experience.
- English professional proficiency with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with members across all levels of an organization, particularly executive partners.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills.
- Prior experience with people management and mentoring in a direct and/or matrix reporting capacity.
- Proficient in the aspects of project launch and closure.
- Ability to act as technical expert.
- Proactively seek ways to expand technical knowledge.

**Preferred Qualifications**

Highly proficient in at least one major Citrix product.

CCEA and MCSE/MCITP or CCNA certifications preferred.

Willing to travel 50% of the time.
