SAP Rollout Lead

**About this role**:
DXC provides experienced S/4HANA roll out consultants with deep functional proficiency in the following areas of expertise.
**Desired Skills and Experience**:
- Financials (FI) including Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM)
- Controlling (CO) including Investment Management (IM) and Project System (PS)
- Materials and Warehouse Management (MM/WM) with focus on Stock Room Management (SRM)
- Production Planning (PP) including know how in Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS) and Lean Manufacturing Planning and Control (LMPC)
- Sales and Distribution (SD) including know how in Transportation Management (TM) and Foreign Trade/Global Trade (FT/GTS)
- Plant Maintenance (PM) including know how in Quality Management (QM)
**Languages**:
- English +80% and Spanish (must)
The functional services rendered by DXC through the roll out team consultants comprise of the following activities with focus on their dedicated area of expertise:
- Perform kick-off session and get to know the location with prepared checklists.
- Support core team functional consulting in gap solutioning and functional solution testing.
- Documentation of potential gaps/findings.
- Support in assessment of template enhancement based on fit-to-template analysis.
- Drive common decisions on and closure of gaps/findings.
- Consult local key user in test planning, preparation and test script localization.
- Support, guide and consult local key users (and local end users) in executing integration, user acceptance and shake down test.
- Train local key user parallel to test execution.
- Documentation of test results and bugs and monitor re-test of bugs.
- Support local key users in mapping rules definition for data migration in parallel to test execution.
- Consult and guide local key users in validation of migrated data.
- Consult and guide local key users to enable local staff performing training (train the trainer concept).
- Consult and guide selection of training materials to local need.
- Consult and guide training needs analysis.
- Consult execution of end user trainings.
- Consult and guide cutover planning and execution.
- Support data validation and shakedown test (go-live weekend).
- Support end users after go-live during the hypercare phase.
- Record incidents and support incident handling after go-live during hypercare phase.
**_ Responsibilities: _**
- Responsible for verifying and implementing the detailed technical design solution to the problem as identified by the Project/Technical Manager.
- Often responsible for providing a detailed technical design for enterprise solutions.
- Is often the Principal Consultant who analyzes and develops enterprise technology solutions.
- Regularly leads in the technical assessment and delivery of specific technical solutions to the customer. Provides a team structure conducive to high performance, and manages the team lifecycle stages.
- Provides advanced technical consulting and advice to others on proposal efforts, solution design, system management, tuning and modification of solutions.
- Provides input to the company strategy moving forward.
- Collects and determines data from appropriate sources to assist in determining customer needs and requirements.
- Responds to requests for technical information from customers.
- Develops customer technology solutions using various industry products and technologies.
- Owns and manages knowledge sharing within a community (e.g. team, practice, or project). Ensures team members support knowledge sharing and re-use requirements of project. Contributes significant knowledge to job family community.
- Proactively encourages membership and contributions of others to professional community and coaches others in area of expertise. Regularly produces internally published material such as knowledge briefs, service delivery kit components and modules, etc. Presents at multi-customer technology conferences.
- Creates and supports sales activities. Manages bids, or major input into the sales lifecycle. Manages activities and provides qualitative and quantitative information for successful sales. Produces complete proposals for smaller engagements within area of expertise. Actively grows the company portfolio with existing customers through new opportunities and change management.
**_ Education and Experience Required: _**
- 8+ years of professional experience and a Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study; without a degree, three additional years of relevant professional experience (11+ years in total).

- Has sufficient depth and breadth of technical knowledge to design and scope multiple deliverables across a number of technologies.
