**What we're looking for**:
The Incentive Operations Specialist is responsible for maintaining and reconciling WW Citrix Inc. reseller incentive payout program. This includes system and manual calculations; all which the individual must validated and before processing. Auditing each payout via complex, multi-layered program rolls as well as validating all sales exceptions. Working within internal parties to resolve modifications within the payouts. Preparing daily reports, conducting weekly payouts, and making sure all the payouts are according to company guidelines and program compliance. This individual is also responsible for maintenance of the Salesforce Finance Resellers Rewards service request queue and case approvals as well as resolving internal and external escalations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop an in-depth understanding of Citrix products, Channel programs, promotions, pilots and End User licensing.
- Prepares and processes quarterly Channel payout via excel and SAP which includes manual validation of multiple Channel program rules which are outside of the system calculations.
- Reviews and retains proper approvals while adhering to all key SOX Controls.
- Issue a debit against a payment to a Partner as needed to the proper general ledger account(s).
- Participate in stakeholder meetings.
- Conduct performance analysis, root cause analysis and resolves issues related to the Worldwide Channel Incentive Program.
- Continuously remain informed on all Geo promotions and implementations changes.
- Work with WW Account Receivables to obtain correct banking details, block and/or release payouts.
- Requests void(s) and stop payment(s) on lost and marked Americas checks related to Channel payouts.
- Prepare monthly reporting for Finance and Accounting.
- Manage inquires via SalesForce cases and Outlook as well as resolving internal/external escalations.
- Research Partner escalations, documenting outcomes which are presented to the manager.
- Work with cross functional teams to ensure operational related process and system challenges are resolved.
- Facilitate resolution for IT changes including UAT testing and sign off.
- Support Internal and External audit request as needed.
- Work overtime as need to support the completion of payouts.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- College Degree or equivalent experience required
- 2+ years of related experience
