The Software Licensing Customer Support Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring seamless license fulfillment for our customers. This involves collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues related to license key delivery and software access requests.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Act as the main point of contact for customers and internal teams for resolving issues related to license key delivery and software access requests.
- Provide accurate and timely license keys with minimal repeated communication.
- Educate customers and facilitate the process of license key delivery and access requests to the fulfillment system.
**Skills and Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree or ongoing studies in Computer Engineering or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or support roles, managing phone calls with customers directly.
