About the Role:
This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires a high level of technical expertise, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and improving our orthodontic aligner diagnostic information, treatment plans, and case assessments to ensure they meet our quality criteria.
Main Responsibilities:
- Examine scans or dental impressions of patients to determine the design of orthodontic products.
- Review orthodontic aligner diagnostic information for completeness and accuracy prior to submitting it to a network licensed dental professional for treatment plan development.
- Review aligner treatment plans to ensure they meet quality criteria prior to finalizing and submitting them for endorsed local provider review.
- Provide feedback on treatment plans, incorporating requests from dental and orthodontic professionals into revised plans.
- Support and coach team members to improve their quality and productivity performance as needed.
- Communicate changes in protocols and relevant clinical information to the team.
- Assess the quality of cases based on their evaluation.
- Participate in special projects, process/quality improvement initiatives, and other duties as required.
Requirements:
- License in Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) is mandatory.
- At least 6 months of experience working in a Clinical position within the Setup Quality Team meeting quality and efficiency goals is necessary.
- English language proficiency at B2 level is required.
