This role ensures compliance with approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each service provided. This includes evaluating and updating SOPs as needed to ensure applicability and coherence.
Key Responsibilities- Compliance with SOPs for all Customer Experience contracted services.
- Annual development of Site Operations Plan and execution of Customer Experience projects & programs.
- Operational service reporting on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Validation of provider invoices and measurement of vendor performance against contract obligations.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or related field.
- 2-4 years' experience in facilities, hospitality or related field.
- Knowledge of vendor management, budget management and financial analysis skills.
- Fluent in Spanish and intermediate English.
