At 360Training, we are seeking a skilled Regulatory Compliance Reporting Specialist to join our team. The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000-$85,000 based on industry standards and location.

About the Role:

The Compliance Reporting Specialist will be responsible for submitting students' course completion credit hours to regulators in accordance with reporting schedules and SOPs. This role requires managing case-by-case customer issues related to licensing, certification, and continuing education, ensuring timely resolution of escalations, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

Run Power Query reports according to the provided schedule and save them online for backup and audit purposes.Submit students' course information (credit hours) to regulators and maintain accurate records.Follow strict guidelines provided by state departments on reporting credits and update the reporting process manuals accordingly.Conduct periodic audits of reported course completions to ensure all students are accounted for.Contact customers directly when necessary for reporting purposes.Collaborate with various departments to resolve reporting-related issues or enhance reporting tools.Maintain credit card transaction records and receipts for payments made to regulators.Handle reporting issues independently and escalate as needed according to department SOPs.Develop an understanding of advanced Excel and Power Query usage on a case-by-case basis.Manage reporting documents and records on a daily basis.Familiarize yourself with regulatory support policies to ensure timely resolutions of escalations.Document reporting processes and changes in the reporting manual.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly advanced spreadsheet skills, is mandatory. Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat is a plus. You should be highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced business environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential, along with the ability to maintain healthy working relationships with international staff and state regulators.
